While submitting the documents online the Companies / authorized persons shall sign the documents digitally by using Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) to authenticate the documents that they are submitting to the Government.
DSC shall be in compliance with the rules and provisions of The Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 and the X.509 Certificate Policy for India Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) published by Controller of Certifying Authorities (CA).
